Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns for any unwashed and unworn item(s) within 14 days after the delivery date.
Do you offer exchanges?
If your item(s) are defective or it is the wrong size, we will exchange it for you.
*Please note that all block printed t-shirts cannot be exchanged
My item arrived damaged.
Please email us at kyuteji@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged Item” within 14 days after delivery and we will replace it for you.
Processing and Shipping
When will my order ship?
Domestic orders will ship 2-5 days from when the order was placed.
Back ordered items will take 1-2 weeks to arrive before they are shipped out.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the US.
Where is my package?
You will receive an email with your tracking number after it is shipped.
Please check the status of your order on the USPS website using the tracking number provided.
All packages will be shipped via USPS. Please call your local post office if your package does not arrive on schedule.

Restocking
Will you be restocking?
Many of our graphic t-shirts will be restocked. Some limited edition items will not be restocked.
Please note all block-printed t-shirts are individually made so each design is different.
Backordered vs. Sold Out?
Backordered items can still be ordered. Please note that the wait time on ranges between 1-3 weeks for all products.
If an item shows "Sold Out", it means the design is out of print and will no longer be restocked.
